ARC Restoration Limited is a principal specialist restoration and building contractor, bringing restoration and conservation expertise to a wide range of commercial and domestic clients. We pride ourselves on having secured the services of some of the industry’s most skilled tradesmen: among our craftsmen we have stone masons, restorers, plasterers, tilers, stone cleaners and roofers to name but a few. We have been involved in a number of prestigious projects including The Water Tower, which was featured in a BAFTA-nominated episode of Grand Designs, and The Orangery in Egham, which is currently being considered for a RIBA award.

ARC ensures its workforce are fully qualified to meet industry standards, and also to guarantee the highest possible standards of workmanship are maintained. We take pride in our professionals, and provide a wide range of training and apprenticeships for our employees. ARC is a well established company that is constantly growing and developing. In recent years we have refurbished our infrastructure including new IT server and equipment, and financial management packages, as well as developing our senior management leadership. We appreciate the importance of health and safety, and have retained external health and safety consultants, who provide training, site monitoring and reporting.

Sean White
Managing Director
Sean started his career in restoration as an apprentice stone restorer. Discovering a flair and passion for restoration work, he quickly progressed to become a site manager and then again to become a contracts manager. In 2010 he decided to start his company, and building on the success of that he restructured in 2012 to take on larger, more sophisticated projects. ARC was born, and has gone from strength to strength. Notable projects include The Water Tower in Lambeth, subject of a BAFTA-nominated episode of Grand Designs, and The Orangery in Egham, which is currently being considered for a RIBA award.

John Stratton
John started his career in 1975 as an apprentice banker mason with a leading stone conservation company. With almost 40 years of experience, he has successfully managed bids on the some of London’s most prestigious and iconic projects.

John has been with ARC from the very beginning and he has overall responsibility for estimating and bid management. His extensive industry knowledge gives him an extra dimension to offer clients, architects and building surveyors in-depth surveys and technical advice. John has a keen eye for finding value-engineering opportunities that are often missed by others.

Ashish is a first class senior contracts manager, who is a qualified architect and structural engineer. As well as London, Ashish has been involved with international projects in Qatar, Dubai and India. With a reputation for being a no-nonsense manager, he is renowned for generating a strong team spirit on all his sites and setting high standards for himself and those who work with him.

KT Brooks
KT has a wealth of experience in accounts and office management, she is an ARC company director and the company secretary responsible for ARC’s financial management. She oversees all aspects of both its financial and legal obligations.

Health and Safety Policy

ARC Restoration Ltd is a professional and safety conscious organisation which values the effective management of health, safety and welfare throughout all stages of a project. The clear objective is to minimise harm to persons and property by adopting a proactive approach to effective risk and safety management. All work will be carried out in accordance with best practice, to the relevant statutory provisions with all reasonably practicable measures being taken to avoid risk to employees or others that may be affected.

Management and supervisory staff have the responsibility for implementing the policy throughout the company and must ensure that health and safety considerations are always given priority in planning and day-to-day supervision of all work.

ARC Restoration Ltd will fully comply with the duties placed upon it within the requirements of Statutory Legislation, whilst at all times complying with, as a matter of best practice, the requirements and duties set out within Approved Codes of Practice and Guidance as issued by the Health and Safety Executive.

All employees and sub-contractors are expected to co-operate and assist in the implementation of this policy, whilst ensuring that their own works, so far as is reasonably practicable, are carried out without risk to themselves, others or the environment. This includes co-operating with management on any health, safety or environment related matter.

ARC Restoration Ltd will take all practical steps to ensure that potential hazards and risks are identified and that suitable and effective preventative and control measures are implemented. The correct safety equipment and personnel protective equipment will be provided to all employees.

All employees will be provided with the necessary instruction and training in safe methods of work, and the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of tools and equipment.

The Managing Director has overall responsibility for all Health, Safety, Welfare and Environmental matters. The operation of this policy and the associated procedures will be monitored and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that they remain current and applicable to the company’s activities.





As a specialist restoration and refurbishment contractor, ARC will provide all the trades and materials required to restore a building to good condition. We advise the client on the matching, sourcing, availability and lead in time to the production of purpose made items at the pre-contract stage, so that delays to the contract and costs are minimised.
